When I first heard of hot yoga was probably 4-5 years ago, and since then I always wanted to try it out, however until now, I never have. Isn’t that funny? We know that we want something but we simply don’t do it. I definitely need to work on this more, and start realising my wishes more, and stop daydreaming that much.
Anyway…let me tell you more about my Hot Yoga experience.
Not long ago I was invited as part of the VIP Experience to the Grosvenor Casino Bournemouth together with a bunch of lovely Bournemouth Bloggers. Honestly, gambling isn’t really my thing, I literally have no idea how to play these games, however, this opportunity sounded like a nice experience that I did not want to miss. I am so glad I was able to be a part of it because I found out so many interesting facts about the casino that I did not know before.
I am back and now for real!! I have so many amazing posts planned to share with you! So please be patient with me!!
First of all, I would like to tell you how grateful I am for everyone who’s been reading my blog, supporting me in what I do, even though I was not very active on the blog for the last couple of months. I honestly needed some time off, and too many weird things happened, that’s why I was only present on Instagram during these last couple of months. More about my “offline life” coming soon, but now let’s talk about positive and fabulous things. Let’s talk about JORD watches!
Next time when you are in doubt what to get for your friend’s birthday, think no more and buy The Happiness Planner, because who doesn’t want to be happier?
This year I want to focus more on my happiness, so maybe planning out happiness, instead of productivity alone, could help me get there – plus, I work from home, so this would be a great addition to my desk space.
New year, new you. Is this your mantra, too? Many people have been obsessively following their new year’s resolutions which usually last from 2 to 3 weeks, and after a while, slip back into their old habits. I honestly believe you don’t need a new year to make a new beginning.
Working out or eating healthily are two of the most common new year resolutions found on the web. What I’ve been trying for a while is eating healthier. Therefore I’ve prepared a list of foods you should include in your daily diet plan if you want to perhaps lose weight – or just eat healthier – without having to starve.
To make your life easier, start with these easy tips…
Working from home is no easy feat, especially if you have a big family and lots of kids to constantly distract you from the task at hand. And while there are many advantages to running a business or being part of one from the comfort of your bedroom, the fact that you don’t have a dedicated workspace can really get in the way sometimes.
However, we firmly believe that, with the right approach, you can significantly boost your productivity and efficiently balance out your work and your everyday life, so you can actually get some work done and not fall behind with your family obligations. In this article, we’re going to be discussing a few useful tips that you can use to achieve just that.
It’s never too late to start working on that beach-ready body. I have a simple solution for you: eat less and work out more. Undoubtedly, this is easier said than done, but one easy way to overhaul your diet is to replace the ‘bad’ foods with the healthy. As you probably already know, exercising combined with bad food won’t give you your desired results. And guess what? It’s extremely important to eat healthy, nutritious food.
My biggest issue is “how to organise my wardrobe”. It always seems like a mission impossible, so here is Derek Lotts sharing helpful tips with us.
The lives we all live these days are so hectic that it’s getting almost impossible to stay true to your routines and habits that you’ve been so used to relying on, and it’s even harder to stay tidy and organised. Depending on the type of work you do and your relationship/family status, your life surely has the tendency to become too overwhelming, that is, if you get stuck as to how to plan it out. Fast lives, fast jobs, a lot of traveling, too many commitments… it’s so easy to get absolutely lost! Even though I am guy, I can say that we are not that different. We too have wardrobe organisation issues, just rarely tackle them. But it’s not about the gender it’s about getting up in the morning and being able to easily find what you’re looking for. Especially if you’re super busy. I had a lot of clutter and a lot of pieces just scattered here and there. Good guy Google helped me out. I started doing research and next thing you know; I was customising my own wardrobe. I managed to keep it all under control and tidy for two years now. It’ doable. It’s definitely doable. To lend a hand everyone (at least a bit), I’m laying out a wonderfully helpful set of tricks and hacks that will help even the busiest girls out there!
For spaces that are tiny, it is crucial to make use of every bit of them in order to have your things under control. Organizing a small space isn’t just about storing things but also about how easily you can find them when you are in a hurry. Using the inside of your wardrobe door to lay out your belts, jewellery , bags, scarves and other light items is perfect! You can even make your own hanger!
I always wonder how to capture picture-perfect photos and here I have a solution for all of you. When you’re on vacation or just traveling around, the memories of the beautiful places, people, scenery, smells and tastes that you experience will always stay with you. And, of course, the best way to continuously enjoy these memories is by capturing the moment in the most faultless way. Besides having fun and exploring new cultures while traveling, it is also one of the best things that you can do for your health. It helps your physical and mental health, with many travelers saying that it’s also excellent for the soul. Read more about why traveling is good for your health here.
